Job Description: Data Analyst 

Location: Hybrid 

Position: Full-Time 

Job Overview: As a Data Analyst at Ryan Solutions and Management Services Ltd, you will play an important role in analysing and interpreting complex data sets to support our in-house data management project. You will collaborate with various teams to provide data-driven insights that will help shape our strategies and decision-making processes. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Collect, clean, and interpret data sets to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports for ongoing analysis.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations of data findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. 

Preferred Skills: 

• Knowledge of data management and data integration tools.
• Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Understanding of machine learning and predictive analytics.
